By accessing and using QuantumRift's lead generation and social network advertising platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

QuantumRift provides AI-powered lead generation and social network advertising services. Our platform identifies, qualifies, and delivers potential customers to businesses through various advertising channels including social media, professional networks, and premium advertising platforms.

3. Qualification Process

Access to our services is subject to a qualification process. We reserve the right to accept or decline any business based on our internal criteria. Not all applicants will be approved for our services.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced per qualified lead as outlined on our pricing page. Payment terms will be established in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Lead Quality Standards

We define qualified leads based on predetermined criteria established in consultation with each client. While we strive for high-quality leads, we cannot guarantee conversion rates or sales outcomes.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate target audience information
  • Responding to leads in a timely manner
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintaining professional standards in lead follow-up

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data processed through our platform. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and intellectual property related to the QuantumRift platform remain the exclusive property of QuantumRift. Clients may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of our technology.

9. Limitation of Liability

QuantumRift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. QuantumRift reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
